The Diploma in Ministry is a basic theological program for the general establishment of the local church and for a broad understanding of missions and church planting. As the church grows in understanding of her role in the world according to God's purpose (Eph. 3:10), she moves toward establishing the forefront through the gifts God gave His people, and entrusts more men and women of God with ministry. This program teaches that principle so students become real blessings as they serve the Lord in their local churches, in ministries and in missions.

Because the Bachelor's degree is higher than the Diploma, the studies go deeper. After completing a Diploma in Ministry, you can pursue this program, which covers both the establishment of local churches and their leadership development. An intense internship in local church ministry involvement is required. Students study the letters of Paul in depth, with emphasis on the essential doctrines and on upholding the biblical standards and patterns for intentional leadership development. Graduates are trusted to be a blessing to their local churches and to prepare more home grown workers and servants for the vineyard of the Lord.
