Why theological education belongs in the local church

The church is described in Scripture as the pillar and foundation of the truth (1 Timothy 3:14-15). A.C.T.S. is built on that conviction: that the truth about God is meant to be learned and understood inside His church.

As an institutional ministry of City Church of Christ Jesus in Calamba City, A.C.T.S. is owned, managed, and operated by the church. Students study under pastors and ministers who serve in local congregations, in the same way Timothy, Titus, Silas, and Luke learned among the first-century disciples.
